Successful Meal Planning Like a Pro
Okay so, I am tired of cooking everyday. Especially when it takes forever. Then I figured, why not make a meal plan & then prep everything ahead of time? So I made an outline for weekly meal plans that I could fill out during the weekend (to get the printable template, please subscribe to my blog so I can email it to you, it really is super helpful!). It includes the "Meat(s) of the Week," daily meals to make with the meat(s), then a shopping list. Here is what we do... Every week when we decide what meat(s) we want for the week, we take a trip to Sams Club & buy in bulk because 1. It's cheaper, & 2. It makes a ton of meals! I wrote down a plan for us, which I will share it here.
Once
a Month
·
Go to Sam’s &
buy most of the meat in bulk (& whatever else we may need in bulk):

o
Also include eggplant,
ground beef, & cubed steak, that DOESN’T need to be bought in
bulk (can buy at Wal-Mart).

& make a shopping list for extras (sides, etc.) that we would need.
